Urban planner The Atlantic Cities is relaunching as CityLab with a mobile-first site and responsive design. The revamp is aimed at smartphone and tablet support with eased navigation and filtering, though it may lose some traffic as it leaves The Atlantic umbrella. Siemens has signed on as the launch sponsor.
