OSHA changes get House approval

The House on Tuesday approved bills that would make employer-friendly changes to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, including one that would employers more time to challenge OSHA citations. The bills are not expected to pass the Senate. Citing the need to improve the regulatory process, Rep. John Boehner, R-Ohio, said, "Don't hamstring small businesses' ability to continue to hire new workers and compete in our economy."
