J.P. Morgan executive to return to IMF

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s vice chairman John Lipsky has been nominated to serve as chief deputy to Rodrigo de Rato of the International Monetary Fund. Before working on Wall Street, Lipsky spent 10 years at IMF, which is looking to expand the scope of its duties.
