Schools in England to serve healthier fare

In England, Education Secretary Alan Johnson has issued new nutrition standards taking effect next fall that will ban foods high in salt, sugar and fat. The guidelines will require students get at least two servings of fruit and vegetables with each meal and will limit deep-fried foods to two portions a week.
