Company says it has effective ADHD drug that doesn't pose abuse risk

Children with ADHD showed improvement in behavior after using a medication called Intuniv, said the company that makes it. The company, Shire, has resubmitted the drug for FDA approval and says it does not carry the risk of abuse, unlike some other ADHD medicines.
