New Hampshire PUC outlines more requirements for FairPoint

FairPoint Communications is being pressured by the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission to make sure it is on pace to restore service quality. According to PUC Executive Director Debra Howland, a mandate letter was sent to FairPoint as "part of an ongoing concern about (FairPoint's) ability to get back to business as usual by June. It's incumbent upon the commission to stay directly and continually informed."
