Cocoon safety net at WTC site protects crews from falls

Workers at the main tower going up at the World Trade Center site are getting special safety protection. A four-story, blue-cage "cocoon" will help protect crews from falling off scaffolding. Steve Plate, director of construction, called the cocoon a "first-of-its-kind perimeter protection system."
