Get used to radical transparency, says McDonald's CSR chief

Corporate disclosure is no longer optional, says McDonald's CSR chief Bob Langert. With the rise of the Internet, "radical transparency" has become the new normal; the only question is whether firms fight the tide, or treat the new information era as an opportunity to engage with their customers. "Take this seriously and dedicate resources to providing good and accurate information to as many stakeholders as you can," Langert advises.
