Millennials like brick-and-mortar shopping, report says

An Urban Land Institute survey of 1,200 shoppers ages 18 to 35 found that 37% love to shop in a physical store, and 48% enjoy it, despite an increase in online shopping. To keep the interest of this group, which sees shopping as entertaining and social, the report recommends "third places, the indoor and outdoor venues where folks can safely linger for a while, meet others, go online, and network."
