Starbucks aims to change Vietnam's coffee culture

Starbucks opened its first shop in Vietnam this year, a culture where strong, oily coffee made with drip filters perched on top of glass mugs is the custom. The Western chain has outfitted the shop with locally influenced decor and customized the food menu, but some there say the chain may need to change the way it serves its signature coffee to win over Vietnamese consumers.
