Sophia Amoruso, who launched a vintage clothing business on eBay in 2006, is now at the helm of the successful Nasty Gal brand, which boasts more than $100 million in revenues. Amoruso, author of the new book "#GIRLBOSS," said that one of the hardest lessons she had to learn along the way was how to prioritize the needs of the company above the well-being of any one individual. "[U]ltimately I have to set the company up for success," she said.
