Study: Too much TV, too little sleep linked to obesity in children

Toddlers who watch more than eight hours of TV a week or get less than 10.5 hours of sleep a night are at a higher risk for obesity, according to a new study. Other factors that can set the stage for becoming overweight include a high birth weight, rapid weight gain, quick growth in years one and two, early body fat and having obese parents.
