Survey: Airline customer satisfaction drops in Q1

A new survey found that fewer travelers are satisfied with U.S. airlines. Almost all large carriers performed poorly in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's first-quarter results, but airlines note that they take customer service seriously and are taking steps to improve it.
