Air France-KLM to operate trans-Atlantic routes with Delta

Air France-KLM and Delta Airlines have signed a deal to operate trans-Atlantic routes together, a venture that represents roughly a quarter of capacity. The deal will help the carriers compete against other alliances. This agreement "is taking place in the wider context of the liberalisation of air services between the European Union and the United States," it says.
