Comptroller wants New York City pensions to adopt state code

New York City pension funds should adopt the code of conduct proposed by state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, according to New York City Comptroller William Thompson Jr. Cuomo developed the code as an offshoot of his investigation into kickbacks at the $122 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund.
