Web site lets N.Y. residents apply for public health insurance

A Web site that allows people to apply for low-cost or free public health insurance programs is now available for use among New York residents. EnrollNY.org features a self-service application that requires users to give demographic data and choose a facilitated enroller, such as a community-based organization or a health plan, who will follow-up on the application.
