Chevron: Expansion of Kazakh field may significantly boost output:

Ian MacDonald, vice president of Chevron, said an expansion project involving Kazakhstan's Tengiz field would add 12 million metric tons of crude oil annually by 2016. The decision on whether to pursue the plan may be made next year, MacDonald said during a Paris conference, and output there could hit 800,000 barrels per day by 2016.
