Interest rates on small-business credit cards tick upward

A number of banks have increased rates on small-business credit cards over the past six months, one survey found, raising them at a faster clip than comparable consumer cards. Small-business groups have criticized the shift, but representatives of the banking industry say the rates accurately reflect the risk of lending money to small business. The increases have prompted some members of Congress to consider intervening.
