Math shows many small businesses don't qualify for tax credits

Many small businesses are doing the math and finding they aren't eligible for tax credits under the health care reform law. The sticking point for many is the relatively low cutoffs of 10 workers and average annual wages of $25,000 for the biggest breaks. NFIB and other organizations have online calculators to help business owners figure their likely credit.
