South Dakota reports more cases of chronic wasting disease

Twenty-five new cases of chronic wasting disease in elk and deer were confirmed in South Dakota by the state's Game, Fish and Parks Department during its most recent testing. From July through January, the agency tested 1,823 samples for the fatal disease, which affects the brains of infected animals.
