Sovereign funds consider U.S. real estate again

After retreating from real estate investments, sovereign wealth funds are showing signs of wanting to invest in U.S. properties, according to the report "Back on Course: Sovereign Wealth Fund Activity in 2009." With these funds almost doubling the number of investments they made in the final six months of 2009, they can be expected to be very active in U.S. real estate, CoStar analysts say.
