Study assesses people's perceptions of pandemic, vaccine

A study of 20 U.S. opinion polls conducted during the H1N1 flu pandemic found that a significant portion of those surveyed who did not get the vaccine didn't think the flu was dangerous or were concerned about the vaccine's safety. Still, almost 90% of adults said they thought the H1N1 vaccine was "safe" or "very safe."
