Survey: Big agencies see signs of recovery

Nearly half of national agencies say business improved in the first quarter, according to research from Strata. One in four shops intend to increase their workforce in 2010, and about 16% are seeing more spending by their clients. The survey also found that almost nine in 10 agencies in campaigns are using Facebook, about 57% are tapping Twitter, and 39% using YouTube, as part of a larger digital shift.
