Study: High-protein breakfast prolongs satiety, reduces food cravings

Participants who ate a high-protein breakfast for three weeks had improved satiety and reduced brain signals that trigger reward-eating behavior, a study in Obesity found. Experts said the findings suggest a high-protein breakfast might address overeating and increased food cravings in young individuals.
