Hard Rock's new menu puts the focus on fresh

Hard Rock International has debuted a new menu that moves away from the chain's rock n' roll image to focus on new flavor profiles and fresh fare. "I think a lot of our guests don’t realize that everything we do at Hard Rock is 100% from scratch ... The first big menu change this year was to tell that story," said executive chef Jason Gronlund.
