Court sides with insurer in suit over bridge-demolition coverage

A federal appeals court has ruled that an insurer of a St. Louis-based contractor hired to demolish a bridge does not have to cover the demolition, which did not go as planned. The contractor sought a claim payment of $232,000 from the insurer to cover additional costs and the payment withheld by the general contractor.
