Hershey debuts Yo-man brand in China

Hershey is introducing a line of condensed milk candy in China under the new brand name Yo-man and will increase its China sales force by 60% this year. "From a company standpoint we're very excited about the size of the category and the opportunity it presents," said Steven Schiller, senior vice president of the global sweets and refreshment business unit for Hershey, which estimates China's market for milk candy to be worth $1.2 billion.
