LATAM operations halted as provider cites debt

LATAM had to halt operations at its Argentina unit after Intercargo stopped providing services to the company. According to a statement, Intercargo said LATAM "doesn't want to pay more than what was agreed initially" and claimed it was owed approximately $7.6 million.
