Mich. school district eyeing propane autogas buses

Officials in the Livonia, Mich., school district are consulting with Roush CleanTech to explore the possibility of purchasing school buses that run on propane autogas. The district would be following the lead of the Livonia city government, which has deployed six propane autogas vehicles through Roush CleanTech. "As we move forward with the purchase of each new vehicle, we plan to go with propane," said Don Rohraff, superintendent of the city's Department of Public Services.
