Millennials eye health when produce shopping

Shoppers ages 18 to 35 do 41% of their shopping at a traditional grocery, compared with 50% for baby boomers, according to a Mintel study. Millennials also have less brand loyalty, the study says. These shoppers are interested in healthful eating and seek out organic produce, value-added produce and bagged salad, according to the report.
