Mintel looks at millennials' produce shopping trends

Shoppers between 18 and 35 do 41% of their shopping at traditional grocery stores, compared to 50% for baby boomers, according to a Mintel study, and have less brand loyalty. These shoppers are interested in healthful eating and seek out organic produce, value-added produce and bagged salads, said the report.
