Rival restaurant ordering sites GrubHub and Seamless will merge to create a company that last year booked combined revenue of more than $100 million on $875 million in restaurant sales. Together, the companies have signed about 32,000 U.S. restaurants and process about 90,000 orders daily. New York-based Seamless and Chicago-based GrubHub will retain their separate brands.
