Poll: Few parents are aware their teens use stimulant drugs

A U.S. poll found 1% of parents of 13- to 17-year-olds reported that their teens had used stimulant drugs without a prescription, whereas studies show about 10% of teens report such use. About 50% of parents in the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital National Poll on Children's Health said they were concerned about abuse of study drugs among teens in their communities.
