Restaurant sales hit an all-time high of $45.9 billion in April, according to the Census Bureau, and it's likely the trend will continue in the coming months as consumers shake off their recession-era frugality. Only 41% of Americans say they're spending less than they were two years ago, down from 57% in 2010, and 26% say they're spending more, according to Gallup.
