Cracking down on prom-night drinking

In reaction to near-tragedies on prom nights due to alcohol, administrators across the country are looking for ways to crack down on prom-night drinking. Some tactics that have been used include breathalyzers, replacing limos with school-run shuttles and having students sign contracts that they will not drink.
