Unethical teachers help students on tests

Since statewide testing began five years ago, more than 200 California teachers have been investigated for allegedly helping students on their state exams. While the union doesn't condone cheating, California Teachers Association President Barbara Kerr says teachers are under "horrendous" pressure from high-stakes testing.
