Contraceptives a popular way to avoid menstruation

The use of birth control pills and other hormonal contraceptives is increasingly popular among young women as a means to avoid menstrual periods. Seasonale limits periods to four a year and Lybrel, the first continuous-use birth control pill, is expected on the U.S. market soon.
