Avis' new wireless Internet service works in cars, hotels

Avis Rent A Car gradually is rolling out a new service that provides wireless Internet access in its cars, hotel rooms and other areas using a cell phone network. The service, which costs $10.95 a day, debuts today at San Francisco International Airport.
