Reduce e-mail overflow

Cut down the number of hours per week that you spend on e-mail at work by setting a few simple rules. Send fewer e-mails; avoid sending "Thanks!" e-mails and include "NRN" (no reply necessary) in the subject line if that's the case; and create folders according to content, so e-mails are easier to file, find or discard.
