Digitas sets up Third Act for branded content

The Third Act is a spinoff of Publicis Groupe's interactive shop Digitas that will create and produce branded content, and direct its distribution. The new unit, which will be helmed by SVP-managing director Stephanie Sarofian, will work both with Digitas clients and its own accounts, according to this article.
