Congress sends credit card legislation to Obama

The House voted 361-64 to approve legislation that would restrict lending practices of credit card companies. President Barack Obama will get the opportunity to sign the bill before Memorial Day. The credit card industry has argued that the changes would force higher rates and annual fees for all cardholders.
