Fresh & Easy to add 1,000 items

Small-format Fresh & Easy stores, introduced in the U.S. by British grocer Tesco, will add about 1,000 products and emphasize value. The stores, known for their prepared foods, will add low-priced store brands, such as Mother's Joy breakfast cereals, as well as Fresh & Easy quiche and other items.
