NFIB: Michigan trying to pick which firms win, lose

Michigan's new film-industry tax credits are an example of how the state is trying to pick which businesses win and lose, says Charlie Owens, NFIB/Michigan. "The state has moved from painting with a broad brush with these incentives to just picking which businesses are going to win and fail. That's neither an appropriate role for them, nor are they going to be very good at it."
