Ad requests for Android, iPad pour in as iPhone fades a bit

The combination of consumer demand for Android-based phones and strong advertiser interest in iPad tablet PCs sparked a 77% boom in advertising requests for each platform in April compared with March, according to mobile-ad network Millennial Media. The iPhone, despite an 8% dip in requests, still owns a dominating 62% share of the smartphone impressions.
