Democratic senator supports delaying "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal:

Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., says he wants to delay a legislative repeal of the military's ban on openly gay troops until a Pentagon study of the issue is complete. Nelson said he also opposes a compromise bill, which would be passed now but delay implementation of the new policy.
