Global economy is endangered by Europe's crisis, Fed's Tarullo says

Federal Reserve Governor Daniel Tarullo said Europe's sovereign-debt crisis is a "potentially serious setback" for the world's economy. He told a U.S. House subcommittee that a deep contraction in Europe's economy could stall the global economy's recovery, with "far more serious consequences for U.S. trade and economic growth."
