Restaurants turn to "music sommeliers" to set the tone

Music sets the tone for a restaurant meal long before the first dish hits the table, and a growing number of eateries are turning to professionals for playlists that help them project the right image. "People consider the music a demonstration of whether this place is for them," said Los Angeles restaurateur Bill Chait.
