$360M hospital in Ore. earns LEED Gold certification

The Kaiser Westside Medical Center in Oregon has become LEED Gold-certified. The $360 million projects features rainwater collection and irrigation, solar panels and building materials selected for not containing certain chemicals. Kaiser says green activities save it more than $10 million annually.
