Allergy study could lead to improved food labels

Researchers studying peanut allergies in the U.K. hope to improve the clarity of food labels and, as a result, the ability for consumers to manage their allergies. The study, commissioned by the Food Standards Agency, will focus on allergy thresholds and how they change when people exercise or are tired.
