Associations save time and money with digital communications

Condo associations should consider going digital by sending out electronic versions of notices, budgets, announcements and other messages to members instead of using costly and inefficient printing, lawyer David Sugar says. "In a big condominium association, that's a lot of paper, a lot of photocopying, a lot of postage and a lot of impact on the environment," Sugar says. "To have the ability to distribute some or all of those things electronically not only facilitates communication with homeowners, it saves them potentially a tremendous amount of money."
